Auto setup CustomVars

description

Hi

I love this nuget package!
Would it be possible to, by default, track some customvars, similar to what this package does for Windows Phone. Works great!
http://nuget.org/packages/MSAF.GoogleAnalytics

When you install that, it creates this "service" class where it sets up some default values, which are great to know and something you want to track.

I would really love this in your package :)

I see there is some problems with getting the deviceId for WinRT, but if we could at least just get the Application Version tracked, it woudl be really great.

Need to check the actual request being sent, but I strongly believe we send app package version (see MetroDataCollector) with every event.

New release (2.0) supports custom variables and (which is awesome and quite unique) automatically tracks device model and manufacturer.
This can be disabled using GoogleAnalyticsSettings tag in your App.xaml.

For application version, you can track version as a custom variable if you want. This is also supported now.
